How long does order processing take?

We process in-stock orders within 1 business day. Shipping happens the next business day after packing.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the Philippines. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen courier.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us. You may track it here.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We’re truly sorry. Please email us at thelettererdavao@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos. We’ll gladly replace or refund your item.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each item is made with care.

What if I ordered a pre-order item?

Pre-order shipping timelines are noted on the product page. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once the pre-order is ready—unless otherwise arranged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank/Credit Cards.e-Wallet, and PayPal. Instructions are provided at checkout.
